COPYRIGHTS



JA Media is the copyright owner of all media. Media created by JA Media may be used for the intended purposes upon hire. If additional uses for media arise, an additional license fee for use may apply. Please reach out to JA Media for any additional media uses not specified upon hire. JA Media is committed to a maintaining positive working relationships with clients and will work with the client to accommodate additional needs that may arise.




PHOTO RIGHTS AND USEAGE


The photographer at JA Media is the copyright owner of all media. Upon hire for real estate media services, the client has the right to use media for marketing the property for sale and uploading images onto the MLS. If you are a monthly media subscriber, you have the right to use the media produced for your marketing needs. Event Videography may also be used for marketing purposes.




RELATIONSHIP OF THIRD PARTIES


Development and maintaining positive relationships with third parties is essential for the success and growth of JA Media. Third Parties can include: Clients, Vendors, Models, Event Planners and Coordinators, Assistants and Second Shooters, Fulfillment Services and Editors, Marketing Partners, Legal & Financial Advisors. JA Media does not sell or share any clients personal information to third parties. JA Media operates as an independent contractor and is not considered an employee of a client or third party.




CANCELLATION POLICY


JA Media understands that things can change and cancellations may happen. Please try to give JA Media 24 hours notice prior to cancellation or reschedules. JA Media reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if an appointment is canceled with less then 24 hours notice. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY


Please be aware of your appointment time and arrive on time for photoshoots. JA Media reserves the right to cancel an appointment if the property is not ready for a photoshoot or if any party is running past 30 minutes late. JA Media offers specified time slots to each client and will require rescheduling if an appointment cannot be completed during that time slot. Please make sure the property is ready for a photoshoot. The client may use the tips located in our ‘How to prep for a photoshoot’ page.




PAYMENT POLICY


All payments for media are due upon delivery. JA Media reserves the right to refuse scheduling another appointment until payments for prior work are completed. 




WEATHER POLICY



Adverse weather can impact the quality of a real estate photoshoot and the integrity of the photographers equipment. JA Media understands that weather can be unpredictable but will work with you to reschedule in the event of bad weather conditions. Please reach out to JA Media if you wish to move your shoot to another day. Quality of photography cannot be guaranteed during shoot times with less than optimal weather.




SAFETY POLICY


JA Media reserves the right to cancel a shoot at any point if a safety issue arises. JA Media will not tolerate aggressive, inappropriate or hostile behavior during any photoshoot.
